September 4-6 | CaFCP staff will take part in the 2019 Pacific Oil Conference at the JW Marriott at L.A. Live September 4-6, 2018. This conference is geared towards independent petroleum marketers and convenience store retailers throughout the western United States. During the three-day conference attendees will take part in unmatched education, nonstop networking, innovative ideas, and unique purchasing opportunities.

1:00pm - California Energy Commission staff will conduct a workshop to develop consensus on applications of a Hydrogen Station Capacity Evaluation Tool (HySCapE 1.0) to be used when determining the station’s daily dispensing capacity number. The capacity number may be considered as input to the California Energy Commission draft solicitation concepts and by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) in their Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) calculations.
